Day 01 Depart USA for London

Embark on your international flight to London from your U.S. gateway. (International flight not included in tour price.)

Day 02 Welcome to London

Arrive in London and use your Oyster Card to transfer via The Tube from the airport to your hotel. It comes loaded with 20GBP and is valid for use on the London Underground, bus, tram, DLR, Overground and some National Rail service. After checking into your hotel, the remainder of the day is at your leisure. Catch up on sleep, grab a meal or begin to explore the city that plays host to the 2012 Summer Olympics. Overnight London.

Day 03 London Sightseeing

Using your Oyster Card, travel throughout the city, visiting its most famous attractions and historic landmarks like Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tower of London, and Kensington Palace. Tonight you may wish to see a performance at a West End theatre or dine in a trendy new restaurant. Overnight London. (B)

Day 04 London At Leisure

Today brings another full day to see the city's sights. Visit a museum or the London Zoo, see Buckingham Palace, or take an optional excursion outside of London to nearby Bath or Stonehenge. Tonight you may elect to see the twinkling lights of the city from the London Eye. Overnight London. (B)

Day 05 Eurostar to Paris

This morning travel on your own to the St. Pancras International rail station for your morning high-speed train trip aboard the Eurostar. Settle into your comfortable first-class seats for the relaxing trip to Paris. In a little more than 2 hours, arrive at Paris Gare du Nord and meet your semi-private transfer for transport to your centrally-located hotel. After checking into your hotel, the remainder of the day is at your leisure. Start exploring the City of Light with your Paris Visite Pass, valid for unlimited travel on the Metro subway and buses. 95% of the city's most popular sights are within the zones covered by this travel pass! Day 06 Paris Sightseeing

Today's sightseeing tour takes you to some of the city's most impressive sights including the Arc de Triomphe, the Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Place Vendome, the Louvre, and Notre Dame. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to revisit some of these sights on your own or set off to see new sights, like a visit to the Latin Quarter area of the city, a stroll along the Seine, or a visit to the Musee d'Orsay. Day 07 Explore Paris

The entire day is free to explore Paris as you wish. Shop in chic boutiques or visit impressive museums and historic landmarks. You may elect to take an optional excursion to spectacular Versailles Palace. This evening consider dining at one of the city's many gourmet restaurants or visit a cabaret for evening entertainment. Overnight Paris. (B)

Day 08 Train to Rome

After breakfast, make your way to the rail station for your first-class TGV journey to Milan. Upon arrival, transfer to one of Italy's regional trains for your continued journey to Rome. Take this travel day to sit back and relax as you're whisked through beautiful scenery in France and Italy. Upon arrival in Rome's Termini station, meet your semi-private transfer for the short trip to your centrally-located hotel. Overnight Rome. (B)

Day 09 Rome Sightseeing

Today's sightseeing excursion showcases the imperial side of this great Italian city. Highlights include Piazza Venezia and its impressive monument to King Victor Emanuel II and the unknown soldier; Michelangelo-designed Piazza del Campidiglio offering views of the Roman Forum; and, visits to Circus Maximus, the Colosseum, the Basilica of St. Peter in Chains and more. Day 10 Rome At Leisure

Spend the day visiting Rome's historic sights on your own or on an optional tour. Be sure to make time to sip espresso or indulge in gelato as you people-watch in this beautiful city. Overnight Rome. (B)

Day 11 Arrivaderci, Rome

Your intercontinental vacation comes to end after breakfast today. (B)
